Annual Renewal Form To Be Completed

We declare that:
• Our membership is open to each and every individual who’s heritage is of the Clan or who has an interest in the heritage of our Clan, with no restrictions as to race, religion or gender.
• The officers of our Clan are democratically elected by a majority of the membership at a periodically scheduled gathering or general meeting or by ballot.
• We have held or are planning to hold periodic Clan Council Meetings.
• We will abide by the code of conduct and Articles of the Clans of Ireland.
• All activities of the registered Clan are governed by the law of the land.
• We undertake to provide, free of charge, to Clans of Ireland library, one copy of all of our publications.
• We accept our responsibility to ensure that all Clan Officers act in a professional manner and refrain from any words or actions that might bring the Clan or Clans of Ireland into disrepute.
